Refund policy

No refunds/No returns are allowed, unless items arrive broken.

Each item is packaged to not break.  If the package is damaged, there will be no refunds unless the following rules are followed:

1.  Photo of damaged box before opening. 
2.  Photos of item unwrapped, still in box.
3.  Emailed photos within 24 hours of date package was delivered.
4.  If returning a partial box due to breakage, must arrive unbroken at warehouse to be refunded.
5.  Contact us via email to set up refund and/or return approval and shipping.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
